Here's my go to spots for #StPatricksDay around Boston, Also where you can find a pretty good pint of my favorite libation Guinness Irish Stout.
Mr. Dooley's Tavern - My go to best spot in Boston for a proper pint of Guinness and real Irish music. If you want the feel of a real Irish Pub this is it.
Solas Irish Pub - Located inside the Lenox Hotel, this is another go to spot for a proper pint of Guinness. Solas has a very traditional Irish Pub feel with a warm friendly staff and food to match.
Cornwall's Tavern - Kenmore Square - (OK, It's a English Pub) but the owner John Beale rocks a killer Corned Beef & Cabbage special for St Patrick's Day, the secret is his beer mustard sauce. Trust me, it is worth the trip. This is my local spot so it always makes my list.
Mcgreevy's 3rd Base Saloon - Back Bay - Home of the Dropkick Murphys, this Irish bar has a blowout St. Patrick's Day Party every year that you don't want to miss. They also have a special menu!
Matt Murphy's - Brookline - Another classic Irish menu. All year long they offer up a traditional Irish menu. Don't pass up the shepards pie & a pint of Guinness if you go.
