Foundry on Elm Hosts Peak Organic Beer Dinner
On May 26, Foundry on Elm will host a beer dinner featuring Peak Organic Brewing Company (Portland, ME). At this evening celebrating fine food and proper ale, Foundry on Elm will welcome Peak Organic co-owner Rob Lucente for a four-plus-course dinner prepared by executive chef Shayne Nuneswith accompanying brews hand-selected by Lucente and Foundry beer czar, Geoff Thompson.
Chef Nunes and Peak Organic Brewing will present the menu as follows:
