Each Thursday, Foundry on Elm features a two-course prix fixe menu paired with suds from a different stateside brewery for only $20 beginning at 5:00pm. Foundry’s executive chef Shayne Nunes and beer czar Geoff Thompson collaborate to develop the evening’s carte du jour, which is available in addition to the regular menu. With no reservations required, Foundry’s “Beer Dinner Series” provides an open invitation to all lovers of fine food and proper ale.
