Boston Common Tree Lighting 2018 & Skating Spectacular

Join the Mayor, Santa, and a very large tree from Nova Scotia for the Boston Common Tree Lighting ceremony! Enjoy refreshments, family fun, and a fireworks display Thursday, November 29 at 6pm.

Mayor Martin J. Walsh and The Honourable Karen Casey, Deputy Premier of Nova Scotia, will celebrate the 77th Annual Tree Lighting on Boston Common on Thursday, November 29, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. 

Join The Skating Club of Boston at The Boston Common Frog Pond for a FREE figure skating ice show with national and international competitive figure skaters, soloists, groups, wee skaters, and more.

Following the show, join Mayor Marty Walsh for The Boston Common Tree Lighting ceremony.
