Brass For President: Election Night at Brass Union
On November 8, Brass Union will get go neutral as they host an Election Night screening in Union Square. Whether your candidate brings home a victory or has to take their toys home, Brass Union is certain there is one thing everyone can agree on: cocktails.
While the tallying and results of the most epic battle for the seat are screened live on the lounge’s 70” HDTV with sound, Brass Union will be presenting the politically inclined (and uninclined) with a second ballot where one must choose their favorite in a trio of Captain Morgan-based cocktails ($10 each):
Bye Obama – Captain Morgan white rum, lime juice, housemade grenadine Air Force Rum – Captain Morgan spiced and white rums, banana cordial, pineapple juice, housemade orgeat Running Mate – Captain Morgan spiced and white rums, blackberry liqueur, pineapple juice, coconut housemade orgeat
At 9:00pm, the ballot boxes will be counted and one voter from each box will be presented with a Captain Morgan gift basket filled with items designed to celebrate a victory, or to drown one’s sorrows. Additionally, any guests who come in proudly donning their “I Voted” sticker will receive a special treat from Captain Morgan. Somerville, cast your votes.
