On October 20, chef Lydia Shire will team up with Winebow Boston and John Buckey, national sales manager for ZD Wines (Napa, CA), to host a decadent pairings dinner featuring selections from ZD at her venerable restaurant, Scampo, located inside The Liberty Hotel. This five-course menu – plus a goody to take home! – will celebrate the richness of fall’s bounty while showcasing the world class, award-winning wines from ZD’s vine.
