The Prickly 'Rita: made with 2 oz. of Don Julio Blanco, .5 oz of Prickly pear juice, .5 oz Cointreau 1/2 squeezed lemon & lime and .5 oz agave nectar.
Directions: Puree and strain 1 prickly Pear. Finely chop 1 slice of jalapeno. In a shaker, muddle jalapeno and add ice. Serve in rocks glass with salted rim with one thin round slice of lime floating in glass, and one on rim.
Spring Mule: 1 oz Ciroc Coconut,.5 oz Ciroc Red Berry, .5 oz Cranberry Juice, .5 oz Pineapple Juice, Ginger Beer.
Directions: Served on the rocks with ginger beer float and orange slice garnish.
