Chef Brian Poe rolls out new signature creations in the South End
/Brian Poe is rolling out new signature items at his South End location "CLUCKIT" The concept here is very simple, Hot Food & Cold Beer. Kinda words to live by if you ask me.

Cassava Fries (mulho cru mild dipping sauce),
Ja-nee "Taco" (piri piri chicken, mango slaw, roti), see to the left
Zanzipoe Pizza (goat cheese, peaches, mint prosciutto, arugula, garlic naan) seen above
Merguez Meatballs (chicken and lamb meatballs, minted tomatoes, Goan spice rub, cucumber yogurt puree). seen above
Chef Poe now dishes out five signature preparations with five levels of heat that can be dressed table side.

The trio of newcomers offered alongside the piri piri chicken and shrimp mainstays are Steak(6oz), Fish (coconut piri) and Tofu (teff, quinoa). Plus a comeback of the famed Estelle's Burger. See the menu
CLUCKIT has 30 draft lines and 70 beers in bottle on the menu, they also offer a mug club, if you can consume all the beers over a 180 day period that is. Calling all BU Pub Knights!!!
